Refund & Exchange Policy

At Keys to Abundance Consulting, we provide personalized, results-driven financial services designed to help our clients move toward long-term financial success. Due to the customized nature of our services and the immediate work that begins upon enrollment, please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

No Refund Policy

All services provided by Keys to Abundance Consulting—including credit rehabilitation, tax preparation, financial dispute resolution, and business services—are non-refundable once services have begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Credit repair and rehabilitation services

• Tax preparation and planning

• Financial dispute resolution

• Business development and consulting services

Because these services involve immediate strategy, research, documentation, and labor, refunds are not issued once enrollment is complete.

Sale & Promotional Pricing

All services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are considered final sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for services purchased during promotions, flash sales, or special offers.

Limited Refund Consideration

A refund may be considered only under the following condition:

• The client experiences no removals or measurable progress on their credit report within 90 days of enrollment.

To be eligible for consideration, the client must have:

• Fully complied with all program requirements

• Maintained active credit monitoring throughout the process

• Submitted all requested documentation accurately and on time

Failure to meet these requirements disqualifies the client from refund consideration.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information

• Responding promptly to all documentation or verification requests

• Maintaining an active credit monitoring account for the duration of service

Non-compliance may affect results and does not qualify the client for a refund.

Credit Monitoring Requirement & Timeline Disclaimer

An active credit monitoring account is required at all times during the credit rehabilitation process.
While some clients may see improvements in as little as 30 days, please allow a minimum of 6 months for optimal and sustainable results.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any service offered by Keys to Abundance Consulting, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.
