We typically complete the full business setup within 7–10 business days after receiving all required information. Some services (like EIN or DUNS) may be processed faster depending on government response times.

Do I need to be in the United States to use this service?

No! We work with U.S.-based and international clients. As long as you’re forming a U.S. business entity, we can handle the full setup process for you.

What kind of business entity will I be getting?

Unless otherwise requested, we typically register your business as a Limited Liability Company (LLC)—one of the most flexible and popular structures for new entrepreneurs. If you need a different entity (e.g., S-Corp), let us know during your consultation.

Will my business be funding ready after setup?

Yes. We structure your business with lender-compliant components (business address, phone, email, EIN, DUNS, 411 listing, etc.) to prepare you for future funding applications. We also offer Aged Businesses for clients looking to qualify for larger funding amounts immediately.

What’s included in the Basic Business Website?

You’ll receive a professionally designed starter website that includes your business name, service overview, contact form, and links to your email/phone. If you want more advanced features (booking systems, eCommerce, etc.), we offer website upgrades separately.

What if I already have some of these items?

No problem! We’ll deduct or skip services you’ve already completed and focus on the remaining essentials. We can also review your existing assets for compliance and optimization.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the nature of this service (custom setup + filing with state/federal agencies), all sales are final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure the service meets your expectations.

What happens after I pay?

You’ll receive an onboarding email with a link to our client intake form and private portal access. From there, our team will begin processing your documents, filing necessary registrations, and keeping you updated every step of the way.
